Brian will continue working with the community and council to:
✔︎ Housing for All host a local housing summit, gathering all levels of government, developers, non-profits, and residents to build a coordinated housing plan for Pembroke.
✔︎ Budget review focusing on fiscal restraint, operational efficiency, and review of all regional cost-sharing agreements.
✔︎ Prioritize targeted improvements identified through the provincially legislated Asset Management Plan, with a focus on, specifically to improve: roads, sidewalks, and water and sewer systems
✔︎ Maintain existing recreational facilities while planning responsibly for future needs, so individuals and families can continue to enjoy well-maintained, accessible spaces to play, gather, and stay active.

✔︎ Continue the award winning public transit pilot project and build on the progress already made with over 2,000 monthly rides.
✔︎ Youth Roundtable will give youth and community groups a voice in shaping local programs, services, and opportunities.
✔︎ Engage seniors, families, youth via advisory committees.
✔︎ Against Strong Mayor Powers and will support a collaborative, democratic Council where decisions are made collectively.
